When it comes to cleaning hardwood floors, Lakeview Flooring recommends using a 1/2 cup of vinegar for every 1 gallon of water as a simple and effective solution. 

• Avoid using products with wax or oils on hardwood floors as they can leave a residue making it difficult if not impossible for future buff and re coats. 

Use a damp microfiber mop or cloth to gently clean the surface. The acidity of vinegar helps remove dirt and grime while leaving behind a streak-free shine. 

Remember to avoid excessive moisture and thoroughly wring out the mop or cloth to prevent  water damage to the wood. This natural cleaning method is safe for most hardwood floors and provides a cost-effective and eco-friendly way to maintain their beauty and longevity.
